Metro (part of Associated Newspapers Limited) reported on 25th September a Kate Whapples
article how to banish morning stiffness.

Apparently:-
“… it’s actually normal to wake up feeling stiff”
and
“…I’m the ripe old age of 25 … I can barely access the range of motion of a 70-year-old
who hasn’t exercised for decades …”
.

Having read this a couple of times I remembered, joyously, that while I am 72 this month and do
exercise only moderately, stiffness is entirely normal every morning. Enough said!
